Bones are wonderful. They provide a framework for our body and protect us in specific locations. Bones also have several important biological roles; these include the formation of the formed elements of the blood such as red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells; nutrient storage; and a means of detoxification. It is important to support bone strength and growth; this is especially true for women, who are four times more at risk of suffering from osteoporosis. As we age, changes in women’s estrogen levels can affect their bone mass; this often goes unnoticed, as osteoporosis is a silent disease.

Strong Bones contains a wide range of nutrients to protect against osteoporosis. The strength of Strong Bones begins with microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHC), the most available form of calcium for human supplementation, which is also rich in protein and phosphorus.
